Matt Parker, the mastermind of The Exodus Road, pockets millions of hard-earned cash from good-hearted evangelists because he tells them he rescues children, tries to shut down prostitution, spreads the word of Jesus, then 88% of the money they donate goes towards his children’s salaries, wife’s salary, a second home in Thailand, bribes to police, bribes to people to set people up, backhanders to pretend they are training and working with police. The Pulpit Rock church has received several complaints asking them to stop giving their church money to The Exodus Road or to stop collecting for Matt and Laura Parker’s controversial charity that is under attack by several victims. However, the elders at the Pulpit Rock Church have ignored all complaints, which brings them into the middle of the scandal because they are legitimising The Exodus Road. So, we are going to complain to the ministries’ ethics board that oversees their church. We will do what we can to protect hard-working class money lining the pockets of Laura and Matt, who live a lavish lifestyle thanks to their non-profit for profit.
The Exodus Road charity is Christian, and its purpose is to lie and extract as much cash as possible from honest, well-meaning, hard-working churchgoers. They say TER is not Christian, but
1. It’s run by corrupt Christians (Matt and Laura Parker) from Pulpit Rock Church, funded by Evangelist Christians,
2. It’s called The Exodus Road
3. Donations go towards teaching about Jesus.
This major lie about not being a religious charity is a huge warning flag for anyone wishing to donate. Those non-Christians who donate will be unhappy their money goes towards teaching about Jesus at the Freedom Home in Thailand.
TER say donors’ money goes to stop human trafficking, but that is far from the truth. It’s pure cash-generating business for Jonathan Matt Parker. Under the glossy cover of their media campaign and website, it’s a very dishonest system. Just Matt Parker’s huge 280,000 USD joint salary with Laura alone speaks the truth about how much he cares; he could rescue far more children if they didn’t filter so much money in Thailand (800,000 USD a year goes to Thailand) into their luxury lifestyle, entertainment, expensive living, second home and lavish retirement plans. Why does so much money go to the country where their retirement is planned?
The truth is Matt thinks he’s a visionary and deserves monthly holidays alone to think about his visions (he said in an interview he uploaded to a website) but he’s really in open aired brothels using Christian donation money to have sex, and his wife Laura Parker is aware of this but turns a blind eye. There is a reason why Matt Parker and his team do not investigate boy bars or ladyboy bars. They do not do anything away from having their own fun under the guise of investigating. It would be boring and hard work to do real investigating.
Matt Parker is living a lavish lifestyle and is in the middle of sexual allegations, an FBI investigation and his convicted murderer director Edwin Desamour, who is in deep trouble for having sex with a 15-year-old around March 2023 in Thailand. This is the tip of the iceberg of the scandals that are about to come out. You cannot be anti-prostitution when your money is meant to help with anti-trafficking; that’s not fair on donors who want to help vulnerable workers trapped in jobs. And you should not have sex with prostitutes when you are trying to shut them down.
Matt Parker was spotted in Thailand’s open-air brothels on February 20th 2024, and one of his directors had sex in a hotel on Soi 7 with two bar girls; the other one was captured on CCTV going upstairs in a short-time bar. This was days after Matt Parker tried to pay top police to set people up to get more raid and rescue stats.

Insiders in the anti-trafficking community said that Matt Parker and Tim Ballard are exactly the same, both charities (operation underground railroad and The Exodus Road) are famous for setting people up. Creating situations that never would have happened. Paying thousands of USD to mamasans to call up underage girls, causing human trafficking and underage girls committing themselves to work in sex trade.
When Matt Parker gets his team to procure underage girls just to get another raid on his website, he knows perfectly well that the underage girl who they have talked into having sex will be doing it before his team takes her to a hotel room to call the police. Edwin Desamour spends over 6000 USD on underage girls, cashiers and masasam, just to set up a few bar owners.
The difference between Matt Parker and Tim Ballard is Tim got caught, and Matt Parker hasn’t been caught out yet. But things are slowly coming together.

Matt Parker refuses to change his ways after the last investigation in 2019, where Matt tried to cover up a sexual assault. (Open letter) He promised they had changed. But they are still using underhand and illegal tactics whilst misleading donors and police forces.
Matt Parker was asked to stop trying to set people up, but the money is too good for him. In February 2024 (this month), he tried to set people up again using underhand tactics, but everything will be added to the investigation he is in. Instead of backing down and being more ethical and honest about his charity, he is playing the martyr card now and desperate to set more people up. But the more bad things he does, the bigger his problems will get.

We might not be Christian, but we will fight for the good Christians who are being deceived by 5 million USD a year by The Exodus Road. It’s time they started being honest about rescues, and the other charities lying about rescues also. The USA needs laws to protect people against deceptive charities operating abroad, so they can hide, lie, deceive and bribe with little risk of getting caught.
But now the curtain is being drawn back on how they operate, and of course, they say we are all evil human traffickers just attacking him. But 30+ Co-signers against him were all Christians who worked with him. They all know how The Exodus Road lies about rescues and uses donation money to have sex with the girls they say they are investigating.
Whether you agree with us or not, ask yourself why they do not focus on the USA because they can’t get away with the lies, filtering of money and having a lavish lifestyle. They can’t fool donors in the USA. If you donate or support The Exodus Road, ask why your money doesn’t go to help your country; instead, it’s going missing in countries that are perfectly capable of policing themselves.
The Exodus Road needs to focus on issues in the USA, but they can’t launder and hide money as easily.
